Aomame was a petite woman, standing at just 5'2" with a slender and toned build. She had long, jet black hair that she usually wore pulled into two ponytails, revealing a heart-shaped face with high cheekbones and almond-shaped eyes that shone with determination and intelligence.
Despite her small stature, Aomame exuded a sense of strength and confidence, thanks in part to her rigorous training in the martial art of Dancing Needle. She was quick and agile, able to move with lightning speed and precision. Overall, Aomame was a formidable force to be reckoned with, and her physicality was a testament to her discipline.
As Aomame stood in the training room, she couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement. She had always loved teaching her students new techniques, and today was no exception.
"Okay, everyone," Aomame said, clapping her hands to get the attention of her class. "Today, we're going to practice a little something that I like to call the nutcracker suite."
Mika raised her hand. "Why is it called the nutcracker?" she asked.
Aomame chuckled. "Well, Mika, it's called the nutcracker because it's designed to strike the vulnerable organs between the legs, known as the 'nuts'," she explained. "It's a very effective technique, but it's also a little painful for the person on the receiving end. So be careful when you use it."
Mika nodded, looking a little bit more serious. "Got it," she said.
Aomame continued, "The Nutcracker Suite is a series of strikes that are designed to take out your opponent with precision and speed. It starts with a strike to the throat, followed by a series of quick jabs to the solar plexus and kidneys. And then, to finish it off, a powerful kick to the balls."
Her students gasped, and Aomame couldn't help but chuckle. "Don't worry, it's not as painful as it sounds," she said. "But it is very effective. Trust me, your opponent will be down for the count." Her students looked at her with interest.
"First, I’ll demonstrate. Marcus?" Aomame invited the man to step up to the front of the room.
Marcus looked a little nervous as he stepped forward, but Aomame knew that he was a tough guy. She had seen him take a hit before, and she knew that he could handle it.
"Are you ready, Marcus?" Aomame asked with a smile.
Marcus nodded, and Aomame launched into the combo.
She struck him with a blow to the throat, followed by a quick jab to the solar plexus. And then, to finish it off, she delivered a powerful kick to the balls.
Marcus went down like a ton of bricks, and Tifa couldn't help but giggle. "I'm glad I don't have nuts!" she said with a laugh, observing Marcus’s reaction.
"Well, I guess that's one advantage to being a woman," Aomame said as she helped Marcus to his feet.
As Marcus got to his feet, a pained grin spread across his face. "I'll remember not to make you two angry," he joked.
Aomame couldn't help but laugh. She had always loved teaching her students, and Marcus was no exception. She knew that he had a great sense of humor.
As Aomame and her students practiced the new moves, she couldn't help but feel proud.
I am now a grandmother to six, four of which are girls. In UK schools, all girls are taught self defence, and boy has it made a difference to the self-confidence of girls these days, compared to the weak, submissive creatures we were in my day. Historically, sisters would often be dominated & bullied by their stronger brothers, but not these days: & definitely not in our family.
I found my 70yo husband hunched over on a garden bench last year, obviously in considerable pain. He had been playing with our two youngest girls and had teased them by holding a ball above his head so that they couldn’t retrieve it. One of them hadn’t hesitated to kick him between the legs, retrieving the ball as he fell, and then carried on playing while he curled up on the ground in pain. It was a powerful moment, & brought home the fact that the sensitivity of the testicles can totally negate the size & strength advantage that men have over us.
They are the perfect target for women in self defence, as they are the source of a man’s toxic masculinity, and their sensitivity is out of all proportion to any damage we are likely to cause them with a simple blow or squeeze!
